2. QUANTITY：200,000 dry metric tons (+/- 10%), at Seller’s option. 数量：200000干公吨（+/-10%），由卖方选择。

3. SHIPMENT：Physical delivery shall take place from November 2019 to December 2020 (Both months inclusive). Quantity of each delivery shall be in Seller’s option or by mutual agreement. Partial shipment is allowed.装运：实际交货时间为2019年11月至2020年12月（含两个月）。每次交货的数量应由卖方决定或由双方协商确定。允许分批装运。

4. DELIVERY：CIF FO China main port, as per INCOTERMS 2010. 交货：根据2010年国际贸易术语解释通则，中国主要港口到岸价。
